They want people to concentrate on politics only rather than work.Daily they make a group of people and gossip about other team members and manager is taking interest in that. Good company for whom who don't want to work / learn and interested in gossips, hr people will help you to gives you latest breaking news and wasting time. Don't join technical team.

Since it was a small company the major pro was that there was lot of transparency. A great set of people to work with.
