Lots of promises during hiring and later nothing is in place

Minpunten

No clarity. Hiring managers have no understanding of the position . Lesser exp people on panel. HR only chases to close and get people on board . Project managers abuse openly and show bias. Leadership supports them . India head very micro outlook . Us managers not wanting to give any work. They only complain on india resources

Since it was a small company the major pro was that there was lot of transparency. A great set of people to work with.

Not a lot of opportunity for diversification in skill set.
