India organization revolves around 5 big shots within the company. All 5 big shots are psychos. They don't care about you and your problems. You will be in their good books till you say "No". Once you start saying no you will be cornered. There is no recorded company policy because they can change the policy based on their convenience. Unless you are the pet of big shots , you will never get any long onsite opportunities. Reaching that level is not really really easy. Before 3 years, VCP projects are in abundant and now its just another ERP company. They hardly have VCP resources and old VCP resource left the company. So they are no more a VCP specialist.Company which was VCP specialist earlier but now is searching for ASCP/Demantra resource within and outside company to execute projects. Most of the projects are cloud ERP project. If you think, you need exposure and gain knowledge on Cloud think about it. On the other hand, there wont be any work file balance. Work file balance dont even think about it just forget your personal life. You will be forced to work 12-16 hours a day because project timelines are really aggressive. Most of the ERP project they implemented either it failed or client is really pissed off. Because they execute ERP project like VCP projects. This is due to the timeline and budget projected during the biting process. They give unrealistic timelines which client will not realize while signing the project. Client will realize it during UAT stage as they wont be able to provide full set of cleansed data. Since client wont be able to provide data a CR will be provided to extend the project. This is their potential strategy to get project. Provide some timelines and get the project and later point out client's inability to get more money. Even after multiple feedback they dont care changing things. Finally,they don't have proper costing or finance resource. Think about a company implementing ERP suite without finance or costing background. Finally they really dont know and lack experience in project management. They wont get sign off during any stage of the project so consulting team will get requirement during UAT session. All the projects will be under staffed due to the project budget.
