No tip enforcement even though without them you make below min wage, allowing orders that would take over an hour to pay below minimum wage, no type of building verification which allows people to lie and say they live in a house(quick drop off) when in fact they live in an apartment(takes considerably more time to do larger orders as they pick leave at door and you have to make multiple trips), no way for shoppers to report $0 tippers without going through an agent, no way for shoppers to rate customers who may have been rude throughout any of the process(you can only complain), app gets item locations wrong a lot some stores worse than others(ie: says fresh fruit when actually in the frozen section or says in the dairy section when actually in the pharmacy area), scanned items being exactly right but the system says incorrect, seemingly no accounting for long lines during peak shopping times which again pushes earnings to below min wage, no out of town fee, help agents are incredibly hit or miss on being helpful, highest mark up for delivery of groceries with the lowest pay of employees doing so(can make more with door dash/skip/uber eats and you don’t have to shop as well), lose batch eligibility if score is not perfect even though you can lose points to situations such as customers not responding resulting in you having to make replacements they end up hating or refunding when there isn’t replacements and them wanting something different, and honestly so much more.
