Pluspunten
Working for a company that isn't in the same country as your home base can have its own share of unique challenges. Instant Impact is not only aware of that, the entire organization works hard to build and support a collaborative, and trusting environment.
There's continued opportunity for growth and development with internal trainings, and the teams are always willing and will make themselves available to bounce ideas off of one another.
In my experience, leadership really trusts their teams to make the right decision(s). There may be some challenges as to the why, or how'd you'd get there, but it is truly refreshing to feel that while we're sitting at a very large table, our voice is truly as loud and important as another's.
Minpunten
I don't have any true cons to share. In my time at II, the entire organization has been nothing short of supportive, reflective, and collaborative.
The only area of noting, is at the current time, promotional growth within the US is somewhat limited due to HQ being in London. As the company continues to grow, I am sure this will be something that gets consideration.
