Managers do not like to do their job. Yet they are always looking to move up . No stability. People are always getting fired. Hr i feel is more for th company. They hr rep on this sit is replying back to the comments saying re our issues we should speak with our managers or um. Yet someone got fired for making a negative comment about intact yet that person never said they worked for intact in the comment. How can u feel comfortable to voice your complaints.
