Good salary and benefits . Nice working space. Flexibility.

Minpunten

Very slow pace. Impossible to take any decisions as they always need everybody to agree to everything before making a move. This makes it very difficult to innovate.

Thank you for your review and your kind words about our offices and flexibility. Our employees also enjoy our flex working arrangements. You're right, our culture is built on collaboration and sometimes it takes time to make the right decisions. But good point on being bold and making faster decisions, we are all trying to balance the right approach.
