too many meetings (many meetings could have been an email or manager/director updating you or making decision, is not necessary), burocracy, things take a long time (too many people involved in a decision), the company is not very progressive with respect to data and systems, managers/directors ask you to do everything (from operational to strategic), which is great because you can challenge yourself but at some point is too burdensome and you wonder what is their contribution really (little direction or vision, all of that will come from you), company is behind diversity trends.
