I feel genuinely important and valued at Intact, like leadership has my best interest at heart. I have been given opportunities here to contribute and excel at my job, and I feel like I am an important part of shaping and growing my department. I am often reminded that we are all equal members of the team, regardless of title. This has encouraged me to contribute more, and to more freely and confidently share during meetings. This is a place with endless opportunities to grow and develop. I can work a hybrid schedule. People here are kind and helpful, all the way to the top. I have a lot of respect for leadership and for my colleagues. They feel like friends and family, and I feel very grateful to have landed here.
Minpunten
As in any regulated industry, there are processes that need to be followed before doing something new, or before implementing new software. These processes are new to me, so it's been a little frustrating to be limited in the tools that I can use to perform my job. I am adapting, though, and the leadership in my department has been relentless in helping me to find solutions.
