      - Work from home benefits. - Company is quite diverse.

      Minpunten

      - The employees are underpaid. - The salary paid isn’t justified for the amount of work done. - There is high level of micromanagement. - The benefits are minimal. - Managers are very reluctant on approving and getting things done on time. - HR approvals take forever. - Hikes and promotions are almost impossible irrespective of your performance.

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Minpunten

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
