Great leadership (in 2017 dont know now) Good Governance structure Good support framework and people finance Function valued and a real part of decision making

Minpunten

Insurance tends to be quite low margins so there is always a squeeze to save costs, improve returns. IT strategy ( like most companies) wasnt very joined up.

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

Minpunten

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
