I haven’t worked here long, but people at RSA are friendly, supportive, appreciative and encouraging. They want you to do well. They recognise talent and encourage you to voice things. I can see why so many people stay for many years here.
Minpunten
The fact that people do stay for many years has caused many people to become stagnant in my opinion. Some do not welcome new people who have up to date knowledge especially where there’s a breach of FCA rules. RSA regularly trains its people on regs but I do not think some people care and eve when you point it out they say “I’m not worried about the FCA”. As a result, you could then become a target for that individual .
