Easy going atmosphere Staff and managers are generally very approachable Pension and benefits

Minpunten

Was not competative in terms of salary Shift patterns claim occasional Saturdays but these are contracted and cannot be booked off They have a claus in contract that allows them to add hours for service needs these are booked in and given back at the departments convenience

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

Minpunten

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
