Minpunten

Expect to use very old finance systems, continued lack of investment in improving things anytime soon, expect to use lots of spreadsheets to do things Month-end heavy going, along with lots of projects at same time, impacting work/life. Management - lots of words, not backed up by action.

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

Minpunten

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
