RSA was acquired by Intact, a French Canadian company about 2 years ago. Intact appear to have a good ethos at senior level focussing on organic growth and a more community and climate responsible agenda than previous senior management

Minpunten

Operational functions are stretched. When recruiting RSA are not always prepared to pay to get the right staff within operations leading to "bums on seats" hiring which ultimately leads to under qualified staff and high sickness and attrition

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

Minpunten

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
