Good colleagues, free food and goody bags sometimes, give an hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks.

Minpunten

Not flexible on changing shifts or hours, favouritism, pull you in to meetings if you go to the toilet too often, some team coaches aren’t supportive in the slightest and make you feel worse, the job itself is draining

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

Minpunten

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
