-The company culture is very unique. They've made it their mission to create an optimal environment so work does not always feel like work. There is an open floorplan (which can be good and bad), food was provided often, and the team was great to work with. -Remote Work was an option and made it easy to handle personal matters or save money when commuting. HR was beyond great. The individual running HR was easily one of nicest and motivational people I've ever met. She carried herself so well that it made a lasting impression on me. You do learn the basics of Databases, Service Management, and tech support.

It seems like the company is split in two. There are the traditional Consultants and then a start-up like team of Technical consultants who's services are offered as a product. This could be hard to navigate at times and it seemed like the traditional consultants did not find value in the smaller team, and acted as such. For the small team, The method used to determine a salary is completely flawed. Usually teams of 5-10 individuals (with either no, or some experience in technology) are hired. They are put through a training boot camp to learn about tech, and the tools the company uses to provided value. After that training, salaries are distributed. You would think everyone in the class would receive the same salary , but the company bases it on factors that are arbitrary and in no way determines value. I've seen people put in loads of work making 55k while some people made much more doing less. It's a system that needs to change. The Salaries DON’T match the cost of living for the area. People are coming out of college doing the exact same thing but making almost 10-20k more. Pay people so they can thrive, not just survive. There was Obvious favoritism and this affected who would get better opportunities. It seemed like the same 3-5 people were the only ones given the chance to join good projects. How do you expect the people you hire to grow if they are doing monotonous tasks? You are only a consultant by name, not by work. Unless you are in that pool of 3-5 favorited people, you are nothing more than a glorified support agent who doesn't have to live on a phone. I was told that I had the opportunity to join the more traditional consultants after a certain amount of time, but it the company has create a revolving door of growth where instead of going up, you go around on the same team. Communication from Management was flawed. Do not make promises you can't keep, or give your employees your word and not follow through. I had colleagues who were completely left in the dark around their time on a project. People have lives and need to at least make accommodations based on the requirements of the project. Don't promise you'll make those accommodations for them or at least try, not follow through, and then leave your people hanging. It's a bad look and no matter how you spin it, as an employer all eyes are on you.

I’ve had a positive experience here overall. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed, which makes a big difference in the day-to-day. There are real opportunities to take on new challenges and step into more responsibility, especially if you’re willing to put in the effort, stay curious, and show initiative. One thing I really appreciate is the level of leadership transparency. You get a level of visibility into what’s going on that you don’t always see at other companies, which helps create trust and makes it easier to understand the bigger picture behind decisions. There’s definitely a strong expectation to work hard, take ownership, and stay accountable. In my opinion, that also creates a culture where people are committed to doing great work to move the company forward, not just checking boxes. It’s the kind of place where, if you like being engaged, contributing, and continuing to grow, it’s a really great environment to be in.
