They don't have the time to catch you up. If you're at home at night, sick or on vacation you better check your email or answer your phone when called. Business does not stop for these people. It's quantity work there, not quality. They create something quick and hope no one notices all of the problems. Don't expect going above and beyond to get you anywhere. To them, it's just doing your job.
