Pluspunten
- Easy to get a job here, you just need a HS Diploma or GED. - Work is not difficult. - You feel somewhat integrated into the company you're supporting, working on a team with both contractors and FTE and supervised by an FTE. - Training is good and questions are encouraged. - There is mandatory overtime when it's very busy but you are compensated well for it and you don't really take your work home with you.
Minpunten
- GC Management fix immediate issues efficiently but they're poor at communicating long term expectations (regarding return to office, for example). - Onboarding with the company you're supporting is sometimes possible but positions are few and far between and there are people with more tenure queued up for them. - Work is repetitive and sometimes mind-numbingly boring. It can be difficult to stay on task, particularly when working from home. - Coworkers sometimes seem to waste time interacting in the chat and posting things that are irrelevant, and often stupid and distracting. - Pay is really not good enough to support yourself unless you really live tight.
