Intec is a great place to work. We are a small company, growing fast so we all work together to meet our goals. I honestly have never worked with such an amazing team! I have always been treated with respect and feel appreciated. Management goes above and beyond for all of the employees. I feel very fortunate to work here.

Can be stressful as any job, but no one has ever yelled or used inappropriate words.

People getting the actual work done are great and the only reason the company can even stay afloat. All problem solving and design finalization are done on the floor where the real talent is at and under acknowledged.

Management, from the top down is a joke. INSECURE, as incapable as I have ever seen and take personal issues to the workplace. Unsafe work area and basic safety guidelines ignored for monetary gains. At one point employees brought their own toilet paper, kinda says it all. Management likes to blame and insult when things get tight or late rather than help or correct.
