Upper management manipulates, belittles and puts unrealistic expectations on you to the point that you just want to leave. They continually reassure you that you are 'family' however will toss you when it is most convenient to them and after damaging your reputation. Most people there don't last 12 months, the turnover is high and upper management don't see anything wrong with this.
