Pluspunten

The company has some great employees who are talented and passionate about their work. Flexible work hours and a good work-life balance.

Minpunten

The recent wave of layoffs has been disheartening and has created a culture of fear and uncertainty. More than half of the leadership team has been laid off already due to underperformance. The India head is coming up with another development plan which could be a start point of another layoff story. It’s tough to stay motivated when you constantly worry about job security. Communication from management about the company’s future and the reasons behind the layoffs has been lacking. Many employees feel left in the dark. Frequent layoffs have disrupted teams and led to a loss of institutional knowledge. The morale is low, and many of my coworkers are actively seeking other opportunities out of fear of being next.

Pluspunten

Fully remote and tends to be flexible depending on your position. Unlimited PTO, but again only really flexible/great depending on your position. Some of the folks you get to work with are really sweet, including my former manager and team. The only problem is with all the layoffs, you can't expect them to work with you for long.

Minpunten

There is no real growth within the company. My department was entirely let go and replaced by outsourcing from India almost a week after promising several members promotions. The company is very clique-y to the point where if you aren't close with the favorites, you tend to get forgotten about. Again, no real growth within the company so it not only takes forever to get hired on full time if your contracted (average time is over a year), but you shouldn't expect to receive any real pay increases. Pay is not competitive at all and is generally lower than the national average. If you work as a Campaign Manager, expect to work late, have meetings at odd hours, and not get the chance to enjoy the unlimited PTO because you're going to have to be fully responsible with finding full coverage (which is near impossible for those guys).
