Pluspunten
Fully remote. Having this really makes up for a lot Friendly co workers and staff Good amount of PTO and vacation time given Upper management is understanding and flexible with family emergencies and things of that nature. Pay is decent. Extra pay for covering someone else's shift when needed or for a working holidays at a very good rate. Seven paid holidays throughout the year in addition to PTO and vacation They provide all the equipment you need to work for them. Company is growing rapidly so I feel it's a very secure job for some time to come.
Minpunten
Lack of 401k program. No bonuses or profit sharing program. Do not get raises often. Due to managers being to busy to keep up with it. Executive management does not delegate responsibility. Even upper level management such as directors do not have the authority or resources they should have like most other companies. I feel too much red tape/approval needed to do even the smallest managerial tasks. Could use more support staff. I feel most of the cons I am listing all fall back to the middle management to upper management not having the authority needed like they would have it most other companies. If they did, these things would take care of themselves except for the 401k programming bonuses of course
