OT pay is almost nonexistent for an engineer because you need to complete 4 hours first, before they give you the "work extension" allowance, which is a base of around 200 only. upper management is toxic and micro-manages everything you do. sets high and unrealistic expectations. they also like to lowball on the job offer even if you deserve a higher salary given your experience and expertise.
