Except for one or two folks in the recruiting / training dept, the rest of the team is a mix of crude talent.

Minpunten

Management lacks the bare skills to recognize, market and promote their talent. Pay hike is a tough sell. Consultants are treated unprofessionally.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The first two weeks of your salary is withheld. No perks, little benefits. Management is completely lost. Supervisor is extremely lazy. Do not expect a raise or a great one no matter how hard you work unless you are at the very top of the ladder threatening to quit. Training is lacking. There is no room for advancement. Customer support sucks. Numerous complaints from customers. I had to select a star for the "Overall Rating" otherwise it would be 0.
