- Low salary until you leave, when they will give you a significantly higher counter offer with the hopes you will stay. This has with to almost everybody who leaves.
- Despite numerous eNPS surveys a year, nothing changes. Instead, after each round of eNPS results being published, you will have again meaningless meetings to talk about how things can improve just for the sake of it. Things. Never. Improve.
- High turnover, so don't get too attached to your amazing colleagues because they will and should leave for better opportunities.
- Healthcare is zero. It's only there so you can get a doctor's note to ask for sick leave. There aren't even in person doctor visits or prescriptions. Only advice, which you can Google for yourself.
- No opportunity or room to grow. Or then you grow but without the corresponding salary raises or benefits, and maybe even without the title change.
