I was a contractor working for a company in Omaha so I did not deal much with IMS' managment. They pretty much left you alone to do your work but were always available if I had any questions or concerns. One of the best companies I have ever worked for!!! No overtime! As a matter of fact, if you worked any, management would ask why and if you needed assistance. Great salary, great raises, great benefits and great Christmas bonuses!!
