It can be interesting as a first approach to cybersecurity, just long enough to get some experience. You will soon learn that there are better places.

- No culture, what matters is only numbers and sales. Any choice is only geared toward making money, no matter if it can improve the condition of the people who work there. If it doesn't make money, it is not considered at all. - I regret the old Advantio company. Since it was acquired they have sadly ruined it; it was a nice place to work. People always take second place to business. - Management skills equal to 0. Companies with thousands of employees manage to make faster choices than this one, which does not exceed 500 people. - Low-to-medium salaries; on the other hand, it's just a cost and what matters is making money. - No investment in staff growth. If growing means being overburdened with tasks without any recognition, then they succeed just fine.

It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
