Pluspunten

Post acquisition it opened new doors for growth which would not be possible in our previous company. Great people across the group. Well paid salaries that are reviewed and discussed in the context of conversations regarding workload. Easy communication paths to top management, including Chairman, upon issues, ideas or concerns. Development, feedback and support given often and almost always upon request.

Minpunten

At times slow approvals, mostly due to the pace of which we are expanding. An expectancy of long hours and quick replies.

It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
