Pluspunten
The company has projects mostly in the PLM domain. They have developed good expertise in PLM domain over time, so this is a good service-based company if you want to work in PLM. In Pune, it also sends employees to Siemens Industry Software, where they work as contractors. I have seen Intelizign contractors working at Siemens for 8 to 10 years. so stability is not an issue. Intelizign contractors do the same work as Siemens employees, so almost zero partiality with contractors. They are hit by the corona pandemic, but there haven't been any layoffs.
Minpunten
For PLM related projects at Intelizign, technically the work may not be very satisfying. Some projects don't have good work-life balance. If you are sent to Siemens, they want to keep reminding you that you are Intelizign employee. So they keep arranging not-so-fruitful facilitator meetings. You are required to fill 2 timesheets. During this WFH period, they even ask you to fill one another form daily describing what you have done today. So basically, they will keep monitoring you at Siemens, which I think is unnecessary.
