Culture I have been working at IntellecTechs full-time for over two years and this company practices all that it advertises. On the first day as an employee with IntellecTechs you will be giving the freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company. You will always be pushed at IntellecTechs and there is never a dull moment. Everyone here works for the same goal and it makes you feel like you’re truly part of something big and that you’re making an impact. It all adds up!

      Pluspunten

      My job role provides me countless opportunities to learn more and increase my skill set. Really enjoy working with the technicians and Leadership team. There is always an annual Holiday Party and I receive a card on my birthday and work anniversary each year!

      Company seems to care about employees. My favorite perk is if you don't use health insurance they put what they would contribute to 401k. Received birthday cards with gift cards as well as anniversary cards of working there. Supportive management

      Minpunten

      Pay could be better. For holding a security clearance and dealing with a lot of PII the pay is a little low.
