The work culture is worst no professionalism. Low salary they don't have to do anything about your work all they are interested in is your personal life.Rules are different for every employee new employees need to submit their mobiles where as it is allowed for old ones.You dont get your documents on time employees have literally involved police for getting their documents after resignation.They ask the credited salary back once you resign. They have no work ethics they abuse while talking to employees this is the worst place to work.All the rules are just for developers.Many employees get abscond because of the enviroment.
