It is a fun place to work and enjoy daily and can learn a lot by just being attentive. Most importantly the pay is always on time. Leads are always just a call away and ready to help with whatever the employees need.

Intellectt is a deeply frustrating place that is hard to recommend to anyone. Most leaders act as controlling micromanagers who constantly hover over every minor mistake. There is always some unnecessary remark about everything you do, even when the input adds no value and only disrupts your work. The constant interference and lack of trust make the experience exhausting. Avoid intellectt.
