Pluspunten
There are many reasons I like working here, but I'll speak to the headliners. 1 - Access to management. Being able to float ideas to management and have them seriously considered before implementing or tabling them. You feel like you matter and are adding value. Very different from previous, larger, companies I've worked for. 2- Growth potential: With IntelliGO I feel that my career has endless possibilities, especially with the current growth trajectory. Rather than fighting for every promotion and raise, excellence is willingly rewarded and employees are actively pursued for internal roles. 3- Social/Culture: The people are friendly and everyone gathers together once a week to just chat and play games. The diversity and intelligence across the employees leads to some great discussions. There's a casual dress code. The management culture is more the expectation of excellent work rather than micro-managing our time. Overall I just like working here. It's a great fit for ambitious high-achievers who like to have some fun too.
Minpunten
These are more awareness points than cons, but: 1- The excellence expected plus the overall level of talent in the company can be intimidating when first starting here. Sometimes it's too much for some people to contend with and not all new employees are successful here. 2- The nature of the cybersecurity industry and the fact that this is a smaller company means that things change very quickly. It's a quick-moving and fast paced place to be. Some people find this exciting, but some prefer a quieter life.
