Leadership instability became a major issue. KPIs and expectations changed frequently, often due to inconsistent business performance, which created confusion and lowered team morale. There appeared to be a lack of proper leadership training and alignment among management, resulting in unclear direction, poor communication, and high attrition within the team. A strong culture of internal politics and favoritism also made the work environment difficult to navigate at times. The workload and level of effort expected from consultants often did not feel proportionate to the compensation and support provided. Despite employees being pushed aggressively toward targets, there was ongoing uncertainty surrounding incentives and bonus outcomes, which affected motivation across the team. Promises regarding growth, support, and operational improvements were often discussed but not consistently followed through in practice. Many employees were expected to adapt quickly without sufficient guidance or support from leadership.
