No Training. Horrible Management and Team Leads. High Turnover Rate. No Appreciation. You’ll be drained ,even if you prove you have good work ethic.
This company is an absolute nightmare to work for. No matter how much training you pay for out of your own pocket, how much impact you make in the company, how much you try to like manage stakeholder expectations, the management especially the executives are the worst people that you’ll ever come across.
I’ve never seen a place being so poorly managed to the point where people just up and leave almost every other second.
It has gotten so bad to the point where people have to go to therapist and the doctor because of the amount of depression this workplace gives you especially when they said unrealistic targets and pull you aside every five seconds to lie to you and tell you that you’re not good enough whilst paying you dismally low.
