Technology had potential and senior management was strong but it was not enough to overcome pricing of technology with its present configuration

Minpunten

Technology potential was not fulfilled! Middle line Leadership was micromanaging to the nth degree.....but I understand she is gone now!

Very interesting robotic product.Some great helpful people at lower levels. Flex time was available, benefits ok.

Minpunten

Upper management seemed very directionless and this trickled down throughout the entire company. Not sure which way the company was going.

Great working environment, lots of smart people to learn from. Exciting new technology. Very little politics. Young and talented team.

Minpunten

Sales seems to be weak. Doesn't look like management knows how to change that. No pension plan.
