Promotions are rare, and when they happen, they come with minimal financial benefit. No Career Growth: There is no scope for learning or professional development scope. The company doesn’t invest in employee training, so any new skills you gain will be gained through sheer struggle. Zero Employee Benefits: Basic benefits are either nonexistent or laughably inadequate. Employees are treated as disposable, and no effort is made to retain talent.
