Expressing your opinions or disagreeing with management is not well received and can quickly turn into a toxic environment. The manager lacked understanding of the actual work and processes, which made things even more frustrating. If you value a healthy work-life balance, this isn't the right place. I stayed for four years, but I wouldn't make the same mistake again.
