      Stable job to pay your bills. Loads of little treats, like biscuits on Xmas, Halloween. Flexible with your commuting to work, if you are stuck in traffic or bus is late. Have sick days paid, and medical appointments are within working hours. Will provide equipment if needed for medical reasons, like a special pillow, or chair.

      Not much progress for your career. People in high position will not leave, so you have no place to grow.

      Working hours due to the fact of being a parent with children in school, lovely people to chat and bond connections.

      Ops experts with no clue of processes, managers without access to help and support the workers, bullying, all these can lead to burnout if you're not strong enough mentally to take it. Expressing your opinions or disagreeing with management is not well received and can quickly turn into a toxic environment. The manager lacked understanding of the actual work and processes, which made things even more frustrating. If you value a healthy work-life balance, this isn't the right place. I stayed for four years, but I wouldn't make the same mistake again.
