Pluspunten
Intelligent Shift is a company that empowers and engages the skills of their workforce. Each employee is encouraged to "have a seat at the table". The leaders are passionate about transforming the culture of government contracting into something alive and exciting.
Minpunten
As a Gov Con serving multiple client sites it can be a challenge to engage and know the employees working at different locations.
Pluspunten
Great management. It seems like they do care about you as an individual. The culture is also a plus. Not so stuffy. Plenty of opportunities to meet other people within in the company. Tons of happy hours and quarterly events. AND on top of all of that, the benefits are great & hours are flexible.
Minpunten
There’s not much that I don’t like about this company, but I would say better training opportunities and/or reimbursements.

A little over a year ago, the meaning of Intelligent Shift to me meant a refuge from corporate greed typical around the beltway and a chance to work for people who, at the time, I thought cared about me, my family, and the goodwill among those at our company. I have been able to contribute to my customer's mission, get paid, and feel proud to support owners that I thought cared about me. I worked with some smart people My compensation wasn't bad, nor was it great The owners
Minpunten
The owners technically sold out and did not care to put action to the words they spoke. Employees are now beholden to a larger company 10x our size with a CEO that doesn't know anything about our people - he just knows our books and balance sheets. You have to be very careful dealing with the leadership at Intelligent Shift (referred to as MMA) because they will tell you one thing is the plan and then you find out in an email many months later that something very different was brewing all along. That said, you absolutely cannot them to have your best interests in mind. Looking back, everything I was told by the leaders seemed to be a ploy in a larger plan to cash out big from the hard work we provide to our customers without regard for actually doing anything for us who made it all possible for them.
