Pluspunten
While every contract will have a different feel the company has been great. I've been with the company more than 2 years and I would love to stay as long as I can. The management is more transparent than most I've been with and heard off. The CEO, CFO, and directors truly put in an effort to get to know all their employees and their needs.
I've always gotten the sense that the company put it's people first, but remember it is a business. I've personally seen them go above and beyond to help and work with employees, both old and new.

When joining the company I was told that as long as you put in your time they will work with you to move you to other positions so your career can grow within the company. More than a year ago I talked to my manager about being moved and there was not follow up. Recently I've had an issue with the office (not the company) and again asked if there was a way I could be moved and it remains to be see if that will happen.
That being said, I've seen some employees moved within days to keep from losing them, both new and old. But, the moves seemed to be an urgent to keep good employees from quitting or being fired by the customer.
