There are minimal to none possibilities to grow. Extremely bureaucratic system where it is very difficult to get things done. You are constantly navigating internal politics and nonsense. Lots of people with a lot of ego. You most likely end up drawn in politics and bureaucratic stuff leaving little room to take advantage of the Pros. Male oriented and dominated environment. If you are a consultant, your chance to becoming a staff are about 2%. Most positions are pre-assigned and who knows who and political influence are the most important driver in hiring.
