I genuinely enjoyed my time at Inter-Con and often miss it. The corporate team is caring, supportive, and kind. Like any workplace, there are tough days, but any time I spoke up, someone was always willing to help. I worked closely with the C-Suite, so I can’t speak for every department, but my experience with them was nothing but positive.

Workload can be heavy at times, and priorities may shift quickly, which can be challenging if you’re not used to a fast-paced environment. However, most issues were manageable with transparency and asking for clarification when needed.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
