The work is pretty easy

The employees in GSOC have superiority/God complexes. This creates a volatile social hierarchy where everyone is vying to get into the SOC so they can stalk each other on CCTV. The part-time scheduler is sadistic and callous. He worked me 7 nights in a row followed by a break and then 6 nights in a row.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
