This is by far the worst company/Job I’ve ever worked for. The management is terrible and non existent. I have never met management with this company not 1 time since I’ve been working here. There is 0 work/life balance whatsoever. The scheduling is very bad. They schedule all kind of different shifts on different days so you can never actually plan out your life.. When you first interview for this Job, only person you have contact with is a recruiter. Then after you get an offer letter, complete the onboarding process, and complete training, you are completely 100% on your own. You’re basically just thrown in a fire with no help at all. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had so far. Please don’t apply ever for this company/job because you will be treated like an object and not a human, they only care about numbers and not about you.
