Minpunten
Numerous Labour Law violations: *The manager harassed me many times, starting with inappropriate comments on my personal life and bodyshaming in front of other employees, trying to doubt my professional skills without providing any training or at least professional advice. All comments were mostly about my body, clothes and looks. Once I was asked to bent over so the manager can check the length of my dress. I was definetely not the only employee that was harassed. *After I signed the resignation letter and left the company it took me around 2 months to get my leaving documents that I needed to provide to the new employer. The HR officer didn't respond to my e-mails, so I needed to call him many times to remind I need the confirmation of my employment. After two months I finally got them only after mentioning that if I don't receive them this week, I'm going to visit Labout office in Prague and submit the official complaint. According to Czech Labout Law these 2 documents are issued within max. a week after the resignation letter was signed. Actually, one of these needs to be issued on your last day of employment. *The manager made employees cover the doctor's visits, which is also against Czech Labour Law. *After I left the company I didn't receive the payment for my last sale. When I was trying to figure out why did this happen, I was told it's a company internal policy not to pay the comission to the former employees. No one, of course, mentioned this at the beginning.
