Working at IxDF is a very interesting experience where no two days are ever the same. In a few months here, I have already gained so many skills that would take years to develop anywhere else. The start-up-like energy can really be felt in the range of opportunities you get exposed to and it can really be incredible for your personal development. The biggest plus in my opinion is the people you will meet. Everyone at IxDF values independence and brings consistent innovation to their roles which is very inspiring to see.
