It always feel like they are living on an month-to-month basis. - Most of the ex-staff are not paid full dues, and sometimes not let go even after notice period. - The pay gap is huge between software developers and "so-called" tech/team-leads. - The employees are seen as labourers who can clock in hours of work to bill the client. - Typical body-shopping joint. No-one will allow/ask you to take a break here willingly. - When the company wants to let go of staff, they are let go with 1 day notice without honouring any form of notice period or severance.
