The idea of team work is there , the motivation is there too. But there is always room for improvement and raises.

Minpunten

Not a good place to work at as described by multitude of employees. To much about the number no apreciation of their employees. We are no longer a customer for this company.

OK place for someone looking for a stable job with mediocre pay.

Minpunten

No annual raises, no 401K for first full year, low commission on sales (1%), commission only paid out if monthly sales >$50,000, incompetent management, stuck in a dingy office for 9 hours a day, very minimal career growth opportunities, unprofessional work environment, micromanagement at every corner. I believe any self-respecting employee with a small sense of personal worth should get out of here as fast as humanly possible
